I do not have an official exchange policy, I'm just one person and can not financially replace most packages lost or stolen, not to mention if you ordered an original that would be impossible. I will however do my best to work with you to reach a solution. Do not hesitate to contact me if any troubles arrives with your order. If you want to be sure your package arrives safely I suggest selecting insured shipping.

I live in the Swedish countryside with no post office nearby so I send out packages once a week, on Thursdays. If you are in a hurry to get your package you can always send me a note on checkout and I'll see what I can do.
